"Great place to relax and unwind with plenty of amenities on the property such as pool, gym, pool table, bicycles, massage,...etc.
The best thing about this place is the fresh tropical fruit plate and juices that was served complimentary every morning with breakfast!! "

"Our stay was amazing at the bungalow! Things just to keep in mind is you are in the middle of the jungle so we did find a lot of ants in our room and some other bugs but nothing that overly affected us. Other than that the rooms were in tip top shape and the staff was amazing. It is on a mountain so ask the receptionist about delivering food, it wasn’t overly expensive as well. They brought dinner and breakfast right to your door and we’re so kind. Would definitely stay again!! :)"

"Meket Bungalows was an absolute Gem!! Everything was immaculate…Wonderful infinity pool with a sunset view. Big rooms, comfortable beds & great rain shower! Breakfast is even included, & close walk to a few restaurants. The Grounds were beautiful & the Beer was Cheap.
We had one issue with cockroaches in the shower when we arrived, but told hotel staff & they attended to the issue & we never saw them again, so still give it 5 Stars!"

"We stayed in the Puri Raya Villa for one week and it was simply fantastic!
The rooms were clean and beautiful with enough space. The bathroom was especially spacious. From our Villa we had a amazing view into the jungle.
The staff moreover was extremely kind and helpful. The manager, Putu, always helped us to organize acitvities (e.g. massages, tour guide for Kintamani). He picked us up from the airport, was available if we needed something anytime and gave us recommadations for cafés and...

"This place far exceeded our expectations. The rooms were pretty decent. The pool was nice, and the food in the restaurant was above average, realistically for the cost it was well worth it. We enjoyed our brief stay, and the staff were very pleasant.
Thank you"

"Staff at Bali Beach Sanur were helpful and kind always. The place is clean with good amenities and a great breakfast. Great view from the 7th floor over the beach. The hotel is quite and slept well here. Swimming pool is good. Well worth a visit. Had a very relaxing stress free holiday"
"We really enjoyed our stay at Segara Village Hotel, and will likely stay there again, but there were a couple of things (mostly outside of the control of the staff) that unfortunately made the stay not as excellent as it could have been.
When we arrived our room had been set up with two single beds instead of a double bed. As we got there late, my husband and I just went straight to bed & credit to the staff they DID fix it the very next day so we had a double bed for the rest of the stay.
We loved the fact our room was in a separate section to the rest of the accommodation were so we had an adults only pool, meaning we could relax in the afternoon with a dip without the noise/excitement of young kids. We could have gone to the other pools if we wished, but enjoyed the quiet and shade of our area.
The breakfast buffet was amazing, and the staff were fantastic & incredibly helpful & made our stay great. The hotel being right on the beach was excellent & we enjoyed the beach dining area too.
Unfortunately part way through our stay, one of the bedside shelves collapsed & smashed a glass & narrowly missed my husband's foot. Again, the staff were great and moved us to another room immediately, but it was a inconvenient having to move everything at night & my husband's CPAP machine was on the shelve when it fell so we had to check it for damages. Ultimately no-one was hurt and we appreciated the room change. We look forward to staying again once renovations are completed."
"Hotel was new. Design was well done. Marble and tile. Be prepared had different levels. Steps to lobby, steps to room. Did have ramps a bit steep on staiirs. Shower had no grab bars in a big open area.
Staff was kind, helpful and an absolute delight.
Food was excellent. ."
"The hotel is definitely a good option if you are looking for a hotel near the airport (only 30min away). It is a huge complex and it’s amazing to see how well it is managed. Staff was excellent although it don’t start well. In an American hotel chain I was told that they don’t have too many king size beds. Then I was told I’ve been upgraded to a larger room. Upon entering the room it was the same situation which I experience more frequently around the world. A room with facilities for handicapped guests is being presented as an ‚upgrade with more space‘.
It was sorted out afterwards but it becomes more a nuisance that I have to mention it explicitly at checkin every time."
