Der Duschkopf fiel meist aus der Verankerung weil der Schlauch verkehrt herum montiert wurde.Tagsüber wurde die Rollade heruntergelassen weil andere Gäste immer neugierig zum Fenster hereinschauten, von der weißhaarigen Dame vom Haus gegenüber mal zu schweigen. über die Renovierung (Anstrich) haben wir nur gelacht. Loch in der Schlaftimmerdecke statt...

"Verreist sind wir für 2 Tage, als Familie mit 4 Kindern. Das Haus ist kernsaniert, schön eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Wirkt größer als erwartet und bietet auch eine Terrasse wo man ganz nett Essen kann. Die Straßen sind sowas von eng, aber wir konnten mit dem großen Bulli trotzdem gut durch( Parkplatz am Ende der Straße- 100 m weiter, nicht vorm Haus) Diese Siedlung im Ort läd einfach nur zum spazieren ein… ne schöne Kirche ist in der Nähe. "Ein Aufenthalt der besonderen Art.... War aber urgemütlich. Ich hatte allerdings die Vorstellung, dass sich der Wagen an einem Waldrand befindet und nicht auf einem Hinterhof. Das fand ich etwas schade..... ansonsten cool"

"Kleine gemütliche Unterkunft, sehr sauber, bequemes Bett, alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Leider sehr hell, was durch Verdunkelungsrollos aber erledigt wäre. Hellhörig ist es auch, wir aber nicht empfindlich. Fußläufig ist ein tolles griechisches Restaurant und gegenüber ein schöner Spielplatz! Für uns war es das Richtige. "

"Schon im Eingangsbereich fühlt man sich wohl. Die Fischerkate ist geräumiger als man meint,die gemütliche und geschmackvolle Einrichtung ist ein Mix aus tollen alten Holzmöbeln und modernen Möbeln. Wir haben uns schnell heimisch gegühlt,alles war sauber und liebevoll dekoriert.Im Dorf Rysum gibt es eine wunderschöne alte Kirche und eine historische Mühle. Die Unterkunft hat und den nötigen Platz gegeben den wir brauchen um uns wohl zu fühlen.Der große Garten bot zum spielen und grillen ein. Die Vermieter waren super freundlich uns sofort zur Stelle wenn Fragen waren und auch die Nachbarn waren sehr freundlich. "The welcome on arrival was both warm and helpful and during our stay any questions we had were handled helpfully and professionally. The standard room was clean and comfortable and the limited space well used. Next time I will probably book a comfort room. We did not eat at the hotel other than lunch for which there was a menu with plenty of choice. Parking was easy and plentiful. The hotel is situated in a park area where there are lots of opportunities for walking and cycling. The hotel is some distance from the centre and there is an excellent bus service within a short walk and discounted tickets available from reception."

"The hotel is in a quiet area just outside Groningen. Easy to reach by car and if you wish to visit the city centre the P+R is convenient. Car parking is free and plentiful. Our room had a balcony and views over the countryside. The room itself was spacious and spotless. The reception staff were polite friendly and knowledgeable. We had dinner on both nights of our stay in the restaurant which was in my opinion excellent. It offered a wide variety of dishes for a very reasonable cost. Again the staff were top class. If I am in the area again this hotel will be my go to. "

"Convenient for centre and restaurants. The hotel is probably 50 years old and has been kept up to date. The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Parking is available in the underground car park and it is advisable to book. The main station is about 10/15 minutes walk away. The bus service in Groningen is excellent and good value. The hotel does not have a restaurant but serves a good breakfast. The staff were excellent throughout the stay. Groningen itself is a lovely city"
