"We enjoyed the breakfast menu as it wasn't the norm. Food was delicious. Our room was very spacious with a large bathroom and walk-in shower. Staff from the valet on up were polite and great to chat with. Bar service was good, great selection. "

"Smelled horrible, uncomfortable beds, bathtub was slick and had to hold on to the bar to avoid slipping. However with all that there was something more disturbing, there was a man laying by the 2nd floor elevator passed out/asleep.... Safe to say we will never be going back!!"

"The front desk staff and valets were top notch, professional and friendly. Rooms were somewhat dated, but clean overall, except for the lower shelves of the bathroom vanity which was dirty and dusty, including the hairdryer. The pool area was very nice and clean, and our little ones had a good time there. The huge seling point for this hotel is it's being connected to the Rupp Center. I would definitely stay here for any event I was attending at the Rupp Center. The breakfast bar had a good selection, but ridiculous price. We have received breakfast bars that were just as good and with just as much variety for free at cheaper hotels in large cities. $26.00 per person is way too much. As well, when I tipped my waitress, she did not bring my change back and I had given a 20% tip."

"The house was perfect for our family of 10! Clean, nicely decorated, great location by coffee shop, best BBQ, and brewery…. very walkable. We loved the hot tub, outdoor patio with gas fire table, and ping pong table was fun too! Excellent communication and recommendations from Seth. We traveled to the Kentucky Derby with a party bus picking us up at the house. Epic experience and we will be back!"
