Enjoy Lake Access, fishing, kayaking, or just relaxing on the back porch,deck or around the fire pit. Rent a boat from Barron's and drive it under the bridge to the property. House is 3000 sq ft FULLY remodeled. Downstairs master suite. 3 bedrooms upstairs with bathroom and playroom/office that has a queen sleeper sofa can sleep additional 2 people. Master has queen bed. Upstairs has a king, 3 full beds, and sleeper queen. Get the real Louisiana feel with cypress trees and lake cove views unmatched.

Awesome house and beautiful location

House was exactly as described cute, cozy, comfortable. Super clean, fresh towels & sheets, chic decor and high end finishes. Loved the view from the fun hanging chairs. We will definitely stay again and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Shreveport!

Battle on the Bayou cheer stay

The property is beautiful, beds are super comfortable, everything was clean and updated! We are planning to stay here again next year and are looking for another reason to come back in the fall! My kids loved seeing all the birds in the cove early every morning!

Peaceful Getaway

This was a fantastic house for a relaxing getaway. The house was very clean and well stocked with towels. Kitchen was one of the best rental kitchens we have seen and was fully stocked with cookware. The backyard overlooks a small inlet of the lake with lots of pretty Cypress trees. Overall it is a great house in a very peaceful location. We would definitely rent here again.

Fantastic Home at Cross Lake

This is a beautiful home, where there is plenty of space for the guest. The decor is lovely and attention to details make it standout. There's a beautiful spacious kitchen with all your need to prepare food. We would stay again in the future.

Cozy Cove

Very spacious two story house with a large outdoor area for entertainment. Kayaks were available which could be launched from the property. Host was very polite and responsive to questions. Highly recommended!

Beautiful getaway

Relaxing vacation with friends! Wonderful beautiful location with a fantastic backyard next to lake and the house was decorated so cute and clean with all the amenities! Loved! I’ve stayed at over 24 vrbo sand this was by far the nicest!

Gorgeous and Spacious Home

This home is totally updated, clean and stylish. There were many creature comfort that made our stay feel luxurious and welcoming. The host responded quickly to questions and I would definitely recommend staying at this property.

Peaceful and Picturesque

Comfortable, clean and prefect for our spring break. The views out of the back are amazing. Nature at its best. We spotted a blue heron, egrets and a tribe of turtles. A short drive to the lake and a nice park. We loved the coffee bar and the farmhouse decor.

Peace and tranquility

This was a beautiful property! We were in town for a funeral, and this was the perfect retreat to come back to after all of the planning and the actual service. We would definitely come back. :)

Great comfortable house

We really enjoyed our stay at your home. Beds were extremely comfortable. Home was clean safe and beautiful location. Loved hearing the frogs at night time and being on the water. Was not able to drive boat up to backyard because water is not deep enough but that’s okay. Would highly recommend.

Very cute and cozy!

This property is so beautiful! Plenty big for a few couples or 2 couples with kids. Enjoyed every minute of the stay and didn’t want to leave. The only thing I ask for next time when we book is more kitchen appliances and kid friendly plates,cups,Bowls just as a personal preference so I’m not afraid something might break under my stay lol.

Excellent home

We use VRBO rentals quite often. This one is exceptional. The home was bright and very clean.The back yard overlooks a small cypress tree bayou that could very well be a bird sanctuary (blue herons, egrets, ducks, etc.) we had a very minor bedding issue and the owner was lightning fast helping us get a solution. We have never had a quicker response from an owner as we did here. Fantastic place!

Attending a Wedding

Staying at this home made it easy for my husband and I and two of our children and their families to stay together and get ready to attend a family wedding at the Remmington hotel downtown Shreveport. We had plenty of room and a very relaxing atmosphere to get ready in. Other family members came to visit and commented on the convenience and size of the home. Now we'd like a vacation at the same place.

Wonderful Stay!

Very comfortable, well accommodated home. Air worked great (HOT outside)! Plenty of room and I understand the host is making some awesome additions to the neighboring property. We caught several fish, which was awesome. It’s close to a boat rental place if that’s something you are I treated in. Private, quiet, we would definitely rent again. Also, there were two kayaks available on the property. We did not use but I imagine teens would love.

Amazing Lousiana Atmosphere

My family and I traveled from all over the country to Shreveport for my LSUS graduation. This house was a great place for us to gather, and it is beautiful. Perfect home feeling, nestled in Lousiana’s nature. We enjoyed the view of the lake and did some kayaking. Gathered around the table inside and out and enjoyed meals together. Ventured out and visited the Lousiana Boardwalk. Chris answered all my questions and inquiries, before we arrived and during our stay. I would absolutely stay again, and recommend it to others, especially with families trying to find somewhere like home.

Roomy and clean - Beautiful

We had five adults and a child just under 3-yrs old. There was plenty of room for everyone. The bedrooms were very spacious. It was on a cul-de-sac and backs up to water, so it was very secluded. We didn't use the back deck because of too many spiders. The owner/property manager was very prompt in responding to questions. Would definitely recommend for big groups or families.

Family Gathering

My family got together for our Christmas get together. The pictures on line did not do justice for the property. The house had plenty of room and was very clean. The owners went out of their way to make you feel at home. They decorated for christmas even had a tree up! The kitchen was huge and had plenty of space for all our cook of the family to prepare food and visit. I wished the weather would have been nicer to enjoy the deck and outdoor area! this is another property we will bookmark for future gatherings.

Family and Friends out for the Races

The house was perfect and beautiful! Only A couple of issues, the master bedroom bed was so tall I could barely get into it and then my husband and I rolled together. It was not comfortable. So we barely got any sleep. The living room tv remote didn’t work so we had to download a remote on our phone. Other than that the place was perfect!I wish the weather would have been better so we could have enjoyed the perfect back patio. .
