"I had reservations so check-in and check-out were quick and easy and the rates were reasonable. Upon entering the room I did a bed bug check and found the bed clear of bugs, a big plus. I stayed five nights and never found any evidence of bed bugs. I found that the toilet seat was very loose as was the faucet in the sink. I brought this to the attention of one of the staff and it was "fixed" within minutes. While they did make the situation better, it still could have been better. Not a perfect fix but it was attended to immediately. Amenities included a TV in the room, it worked fine, a laundry room on the premises which had both an ice machine and a microwave. I did not try the laundry but others did, seemed like they worked, I used the ice machine, it was clean and it worked well. I was often in the motel until late mornings. The staff came around daily and knocked on doors to exchange used towels, hand cloths and so on, so you could get fresh towels daily. I don't know if they would change them if you were not there to ask. First, in all fairness, it should be said that I am prone to back issues. The bed made it much worse. It was a soft mattress. I found my back would get worse daily such that I had difficulty standing up straight. Proof was after one night in my own bed at home, I was able to work out my back issues within thirty minutes and walk. I was able to hear the tenant above me late at night."

"The house is nice and conveniently located. It’s spacious and fit our needs perfectly. Check in was seamless. Bed was comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. My only suggestion would be to update some things. The tabletop ironing board was broken, add more utensils - like spatulas - cereal and mixing bowls. If there are six bedrooms, most people will cook or at least have cereal for breakfast. One bowl. We made it work, but those things would have been nice. The ice maker didn’t work and I was told there were bugs in the basement. The iron leaked water. There was a tray underneath the refrigerator to catch leaking water. There were multiple little things that took away from the home and the stay and kept me from giving 5 stars."
