Peaceful Show Low Cabin in the pines! 3 min to the lake!

Welcome to our peaceful retreat! This charming 2 bed/2 bath cabin has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Just a 5-minute drive from beautiful Fool Hollow Lake, you can enjoy kayaking, fishing, paddleboarding, and more. You’ll also be close to delicious restaurants, scenic hiking trails, and just an hour from Sunrise Mountain for skiing.

Inside, cozy up by the indoor fireplace or head outdoors to grill, play cornhole or horseshoes, and gather around the fire pit on cool evenings. Our wraparound porch is the perfect spot to sip coffee in the morning or unwind with a glass of wine at night.

The cabin features a king-size bed in the primary bedroom, a queen-size bed in the second bedroom with a twin loft, a twin rollaway bed, and a full-size pull-out couch in the living room. Please note: the primary bedroom does not have a closet, but there is a dresser, under-bed storage, and hooks behind the door for hanging clothes. The second bedroom includes a standard closet with hanging space.

We also provide sleds and snow toys for winter, plus kayaks, a paddleboard, and outdoor games for summer fun. To keep you comfortable during warmer months, the cabin has heating, a mini-split AC unit in the master bedroom, and a portable window AC unit in the living room. While there is no central AC, Show Low’s mild weather and cool evenings make open windows and fresh air a common favorite.

For your peace of mind, we have two outdoor security cameras—one by the front door and one on the side of the house—both facing away from the home and used solely for property monitoring.

A very welcoming cabin on the edge of town

Though we stayed at the cabin during the off-season, we could tell that the owner had outfitted the cabin with all the items that could be used by the renters, to enjoy the lake nearby, and other activities. The cabin was very comfortable and had all the cooking items needed to eat without going to restaurants (very important with toddlers). An additional item to note is the speed of the internet; it was fast.The check-in was easy and when I had questions, the owner responded quickly via the messaging in the application.I highly recommend renting this cabin from this VRBO owner!!

We were here for a week and it was just beautiful! The cabin is lovely and tucked away perfectly in the pines. It was relaxing and we couldnt have asked for more! Communication with the owner was very easy and she checked in with us during the week to see how we were doing and to see if we needed anything! Nothing negative to say about our whole experience!!

Really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful cozy cabin. The cabin surpassed our expectations with beautiful views from the balcony. The host guidebook with great local recommendations was a delightful touch. Communication was seamless as the host was attentive ensuring our stay was comfortable from the beginning to the end. Perfect Retreat!

Our parents (in their late 70s) were the main guests, and really enjoyed their stay. We were stopping in helping them out and had a meal there together. It is a really cute place. Great outdoor space, and has everything you need for a stay. Love the photos inside the cupboards to help guests remember where dishes go! The sectional couch is super comfy and I think folks liked the mattresses too. Love the separate bar area. The mini split in the primary bedroom worked great. We never used the evap cooler outside the fan function. We considered it at one point so tip for future guests- there is a blender pitcher in the coffee bar cupboards that should do the job of adding water to the evap tank if you are looking! Another tip- the driveway is long and narrow so I would not recommend towing any trailers onto lot. We made the observation because we had our camper nearby at Fool Hollow so it was on our minds. Can’t beat the proximity to Fool Hollow State Park. We camped there while folks stayed at house- worked perfectly- best of all worlds!!! We were torn where to hang out because the property is awesome- horseshoes, firepit, extensive deck space… Our lakefront campsite had us all watching sunsets there for this visit, but I would be equally happy winding down the day on-site. The property book is beautifully done and our host, Angela, was super helpful and welcoming. Highly recommend this property! We will very likely book again!!! Thank you again for a lovely trip.

A Peaceful Weekend

We are just a couple of moms who wanted a quiet weekend away. The cabin was clean and comfortable. We loved our time there! It is right off a main road, so the cabin is not super secluded. But it's surrounded by pines and its a very peaceful place. 10/10 would recommend.
