Escape to the Pines – get away while staying connected
Just two hours from the Valley, our forest retreat is the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life. Nestled among the tall pines, this spacious and inviting cabin offers comfort, fun, and plenty of room for family and friends.
Inside, you’ll find four main bedrooms: a master suite on the main floor with a king-sized bed, two upstairs bedrooms with beautiful forest views, plus a cozy side room with two bunk beds. The great room is open and welcoming, complete with a large TV and very fast Starlink Wi-Fi.
We have also added a charging plug (bring your own cable) for your EV.
For entertainment, head downstairs to the game room, featuring foosball and air hockey tables. Outside, we’ve expanded the west yard—perfect for a hammock, cornhole, or just relaxing in the cool mountain air.
The wrap-around deck is ideal for morning coffee or evening stargazing. Our spacious driveway provides plenty of parking, and we’ve stocked the outdoor area with a fire pit, BBQ grill, roasting prongs for s’mores and hot dogs, and a cornhole set.
Located on Summer Loop, the cabin is just a short walk or drive to local ponds where you can enjoy picnics, fishing, or winter sledding.

Great Forest Lakes cabin

We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin for a family reunion. It is very nice and modern. It has good air conditioning (needed in July) and wi-fi. The kitchen was well equipped to cook in.

Gorgeous & Spacious Cabin, Quiet Family-Oriented Area

Communication with owner was excellent, very straight forward and super timely! The cabin was clean and the spaces were great for my group of the three families, a total of 6 adults and 7 kids (7-13). They loved the game room, playing outside and playing games by the fireplace. We had an amazing time!

Quite getaway

Absolutely great experience renting this cabin. Great location, very clean, property manager very responsive and friendly. Everyone had a great time and the cabin has everything you will need which is very convenient. Plenty of space for multiple families and even has an attached garage to park out of the weather. Our second stay was just as good and even better with the added game room for the kids. Can't wait for our next getaway trip and we'll definitely be rentng this cabin.

Beautiful cabin nestled in the woods

This cabin met all of our needs. We were in town for a wedding and needed something close by. The cabin was beautiful, spacious and clean. The nice wrap around porch was great to have. It was wonderful to be able to sit and enjoy the views from anywhere in the home. We will definitely be back! In fact, my son asked when do we get to go back to the cabin!!! My answer.."Hopefully soon".

Beautiful - Lovely - Fantastic!

This cabin is amazing and you could not ask for a better host. Prior to our arrival Ron sent us detailed instructions on the use of the cabin, the wi-fi password and our personalized code for the front door. Included in the instructions was a link to a video that showed an in-depth use of the house and more details about the property. On the day we arrived Ron called to make sure everything was what we expected and asked if we had any issues, of course there were none! A couple of hours after our arrival we got to watch out of the big picture windows in the great room a late April snow fall, what a breathtaking view. The cabin is beautiful in every detail and amenity they have included. The view from every window is lovely and location is perfect. It's close to lakes for fishing and grocery stores, even a restaurant that has great food is near by if you don't want to cook, but I loved cooking in the fabulous kitchen and out on the massive deck with the BBQ grill. The hosts are fantastic and have thought of everything you could possibly want and need in a vacation home. We were sad we couldn't stay longer, but we plan on going back soon.

Fun and games in the cool pines

Our family enjoys a tradition of gathering once a year for 'cousin camp' where we get together for a weekend of fun and games and good food. This cabin was ideal for our group.

Wonderful location Beautiful home Gentlemanly host Only “issue” was at the time of our visit one of the couches recliners was broken (previous guests) and the living room fireplace was inoperable. But overall we all had such a great time and we would all recommend to anyone.
