"Very clean hotel with a good breakfast. "

"We got to the hotel and the first thing we encountered was a broken elevator so we had to wait 5 minutes for the elevator. We get to the room and there was no bedding available and we called the front desk and asked for them to send some up to us and they asked us to come get them. The next morning the breakfast was bare- there was no hot food available and it was 7:45 in the morning. We go back upstairs to get our stuff and we wanted ice- no ice in the ice machine. It was a very disappointing experience- we won’t be returning to this hotel. "

"Our room was dirty and the water park is rundown a little. The Staff at the hotel did help get us a clean room so that was great but they didn’t have the room we booked. "

"There was a used pod in our Keurig when we got into. (It was wide open or I wouldn't have noticed it). The breakfast area was crowded and the food was cold. "

"No towels in the pool area. Lights were off and hot tub was chilly. The place seemed a bit sketchy, employee barely talked. Won't be staying again. "
