"We really enjoyed our stay overall. The hotel is beautiful, conveniently located, and easy to get to most places from. There was plenty of parking, which made things very easy, and the common areas and property overall were very well maintained. We stayed on the third floor and the room itself was great. The only downside was the noise. It seemed like we could hear every door opening and closing, along with quite a bit of noise from the neighboring rooms. The walls or doors may not be very soundproof, so light sleepers may want to keep that in mind. There were also a couple of small maintenance issues in the room. In the bathroom, there was a loose floor tile that honestly made me nervous because it felt unstable. Additionally, the soap dispensers did not work properly, which I mean is a minor thing. Since it was a short stay, we didn’t feel these issues were serious enough to bother the limited weekend staff over, especially because they were relatively small concerns during a holiday. We did mention them at checkout so the hotel could look into them for future guests. Overall, we still had a very pleasant stay and appreciated how clean, beautiful, and well-kept the property was."

"Everything was great. Front desk staff was awesome. Breakfast was good. Other Holiday Inn Expresses have an in house bar/restaurant but this one doesn't. Not super convenient but they have partnered with a local place next door. Only down side was I asked to have room cleaned before 8am and while they restocked towels and made the bed, they didnt change the sheets and pillow cases. I know this because my granddaughter had a bloody nose and the spots were still on the pillowcases."

"It feels more like renting a room at a VRBO than a hotel. Very spacious. We loved the extra wide bathroom counter and the ledge in the shower to put our own bar of soap, shampoo and conditioner bottles. The rug throughout the sleeping and sitting areas was both comfortable to walk on and sound absorbing. One thing that we wish were different: the blackout curtains do not go to the ceiling or completely to the walls. Light from daybreak streams in above and around the curtains and reflects off the ceiling and walls illuminating the room. Not sure how this could be addressed. I awoke at sunrise both mornings as I did not bring a sleeping or eye mask with me. Two other notes: The lowest temperature the mini refrigerator can be set to is 39º F or 4º C. Think of it as a drink cooler, not really a means of keeping groceries or takeout from spoiling. As others have noted, there is no microwave in the room."
