"The Priory was a delightful find situated in the Herefordshire countryside about 4 miles from Hereford. We stayed in one of the self-contained apartments which was both comfortable and well-equipped. The owners were very helpful and responded very quickly to questions we had pre-arrival including a recommendation for an evening meal at the Bell Inn in Tillington. "

"Needed to stay in the area 4 nights for work, chose this hotel because it was attached to a pub so after a day's work wouldn't have to go into Ledbury to eat. The pub was not open and I didn't see any member of staff during the stay. I had a phone number which I used to ask for more milk and coffee in the room, came back to find a couple of sachets balanced on the windowsill. No one came int the room to clean, change towels, etc. "

"When we arrived a notice said we could order logs for the hot tub but on contacting the person he was away until the following week so a bit disappointing Also it stated shampoo body wash etc would be available but we had nothing The overall experience was brilliant just a couple of little tweaks needed "

"Perfect nice hotel in a good location. If you have mobility issues ask for a ground floor room as the stairs are steep and twisty!! Breakfast was nice. "

"A great place to stay in Ross-on-Wye. Our room on the first floor was comfortable with everything we needed for the night. Our dinner in the restaurant with table service was really good. We didn’t have breakfast but it sounds good with a buffet plus served hot breakfast. The only downside was the double bed seemed quite small - the superior rooms have king sized beds so we will book that next time. "
