"Excellent Resort in a great location, on the beach. Own area on beach which was kept very clean and had free sunloungers and umbrellas available for Hotel Guests. In the hotel the cleanliness was at its best and food was very fresh, lots choice, service was great. Staff friendly and helpful. Pool area was lovely, lots sunloungers and fresh towels with outside showers that were both hot and cold. Seperate changing and shower room near pool for use on departure day after checkout."

"Like all out stay in this hotel was disappointed. The parking was payd-20lv.per day without free places even if we pay. The room they gave us didn’t corresponded with this I booked. After my complaint the next day they give us the room we wanted. The food was very bad, inside the restaurant without air condition, the swimming pool with dirty water. As all I can say our holiday was destroyed!!! Even when we left the hotel nobody say even one goodbye or Thanks for your visit or welcome, like we...

"Very big hotel by the far end of Sunny Beach. Everything was good, the location, food and facilities. The swimming pools are superb, very big and very clean. No problem with towels reserving recliners, but it was towards the end of the season."

"Great property, beach at walking distance. There’s 3 restaurants on site, at one of them serves breakfast. Rooms are clean and big plenty of space for everyone(stayed in apartment), plenty of pools for small and big and bars also, staff members always helpful speaking multiple languages. "
