"豊橋駅直結で、本来は電車利用の方にとって便利なホテルかと思います。今回は自家用車で伺いました。改善点の方が多く書いてしまいましたが初めて宿泊する際の困りごとがほとんどです。お部屋自体は清潔で快適です。 ◎部屋の遮音性には驚きました。高層階(12F)ではありましたが、隣や廊下はおろか、電車の音が聞こえませんでした。 ○室内は清潔で問題無しです △部屋のアメニティは平均的。飲料水は部屋になくフロントから自ら持っていく必要があります入浴剤が無いのは残念でした △駐車場が離れていて、結果的に宿泊者割引も無し。 1日に出し入れしても料金が変わらない、というのがメリットらしいのですが、日中は出かけ、この特典は享受できませんでした。50mほど歩きまして、雨風強い日でしたので少し残念でした。 △駐車場からチェックインに向かう時、看板がなく階段を登るのか、一切わかりませんでした。駅同様2階に行ってみて、入り口はありましたが結局ロビーは1階、重い荷物を持って傘もさしていましたので残念でした。"

"Overall the stay was great. I just wish there were more power outlets in the room. The one by the door was too loose and couldn't be used properly. There was one power strip on the wall but that was it The one thing we didn't like was the smoking room in one corner of the main lobby. Even though it has a door isolating it, the smell of cigarette was still strong around the lobby and reception area."
