"Getting a washer or dryer took a very long time because people would either forget about their stuff or add 60 minutes. Would be helpful if there was a basket to put someone else’s clothes, so you could take your turn (give a 10-15 pickup window or it goes in a basket). Breakfast was fantastic!"

"The staff was exceptionally polite and friendly. The internet was good and reliable. Great location - very close to Kyoto Station. The only con is the pillows are too hard."
