The staff are excellent and vert friendly. The room was clean but average at its best. The toilet kept running every time it was flushed. The beds and furniture were not consistent with the other comfort inns I’ve stayed in for a cheaper middle of the week rate. The rate at $177 dollars was considerably higher than the level of quality and maintenance at the property. Advertised amenities were not well maintained. The lights in the spa area do not work properly so it’s only open during daylight hours. The hot tub only has two of its ten plus jets working. The elliptical machine in the exercise room is also not working properly. For the price the owner should invest in the property and make its rooms and amenities consistent with the other properties in the chain. I stayed at another comfort inn in Colorado the night before and am currently at one in Montana as I write this and both are cheaper per night and much higher quality.

GM should not park in loading area!!
Everything was great except the GM (I’m guessing) parking her Tesla in loading/unloading area every day. This area should be used for guests/not staff! When we left on Saturday, because the Tesla was parked where it was, multiple guests had to schlep their suitcases and carts across the iced over parking lot to get to their vehicles. I get that the hotel was not super busy but the staff, managers included should be parking in parking spots so that the guests are not inconvenienced. Staff was great, bed was comfortable, coffee was not good.

Not the worst, but not great. The building and furniture is out of date, but the size of the room was great. The pool was very clear, this was excellent! This hotel is listed to have an arcade/game room, but it does not.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming as soon as we walked in the door. There were two things that I found annoying. the fridge in the room had a horrible humming noise and the snow removal in the parking lot was no existent.

I would stay again
Price was good, beds were bouncy but comfortable, service was excellent. The only thing I wasn’t happy about was the paper thin walls (could hear complete conversations) and the shower. Not much for pressure and the shower head really small. I would stay again.

The carpets were filthy, of the 3-rd. floor there was trash and half empty water bottles and a cup full of some kind of liquid. I was there for 3 days. When I turned my bed down there was several long black hairs in the bed. There was a used town hanging on the back of the bathroom door. It was not a pleasant experience.

We enjoyed our stay. It was quiet. The beds weren’t the best but they were ok. The kids loved the swimming pool. Breakfast had good options and tasted fresher than at some other hotels we’ve stayed at.

The room was okay. The staff was nice. They are in the middle of renovations so, things are kind of a mess but it's understandable and they did their best to accommodate people throughout the process.

Totally under construction, all 3 floors and lobby and front desk. Jackhammering at 7:30 AM. Heater didn't work. They ran out of hot breakfast by 8:30 AM. Strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND...!!!

Easy better than we expected!
Very comfortable and clean. Friendly staff. Nice pool and hot tub. Waterpark in the hotel would be great for kids. Our only issue was a glitch in the fire alarm system during the night. I'm sure that oops won't be repeated. Best hotel of our trip so far. Absolutely recommend.

Nice property; indifferent staff.
It is a modern well maintaned property. The response to customers leaves lots to be desired. Rochelle at the front desk could be replaced by a robot for all of the personality that was conveyed. GM lady was similarly devoid of enthusiasm when encoundered later. The houskeeper smiled, greeted just like you would want to be treated as a (paying) guest.
