"Everything is perfect. "it's a great hotel, great location, at check-in, Laurie was excellent and front desk Desmond Assistant manager was very helpful when we left. Guest service was great when we asked for a firmer pillow and more water, respond was immediate! "no coffee maker in room, shower drain clogged, front desk having hard time understand English. Breakfast restraunt is over-crouded and understaffed as hotel sells lots of buffet tickets to non-hotel guests. "The last two times I stayed at Langham Shenzhen the rooms smelled a little musty. The dinners on the 22nd floor were not hot. That was dissapointing. One last thing, the bedside treats were little cookies that literally tasted like vomit. They were horrible!
