Steps from the beach, this beach house is the perfect destination to enjoy beautiful Shelter Island. Recently renovated summer home across a private beach with large windows, and a sizable garden. The property is two-story with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fireplace, two spacious private decks, and a view of the waterfront and a dock for your boat. Ideal for families, couples or single people. The Island has several several beaches, opportunities for boating, fishing, golf, rafting, tennis, music, etc. It is ideal for biking, bird watching, runners.

There are bikes at the house, a grill, wifi, games, TV and internet, Xbox etc. You wake up to the sound of birds chirping and nature.
