"I get why the owner rents this unit out. The noise from the outside machines are simply annoying and being a light sleeper, it was a terrible night. The bed and shower were both comfortable. The proximity to everything is hard to beat."

I also had a problem with a malfunctioning lock keeping me out of the apartment for a couple of hours, owner didn't pick up the phone which I had to borrow.
