Scarlett’s Place Condominiums are located directly adjacent to the Walking Horse Celebration Grounds. The 710 unit is a freshly renovated 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath Condo located in the heart of Shelbyville, Tennessee. The first bedroom has a King bed with the second bedroom having a Queen and twin bed.. With the queen pull-out sofa the unit will comfortably sleep 7 adults. TVs in the living room and both bedrooms with DVD players and WiFi for phone, internet and TV streaming services. The kitchen has a dishwasher and is completely stocked with cookware. The unit also has a microwave oven, washer and dryer, both regular and Keurig coffee makers, an iron with ironing board and a hair dryer.

- 1 minute walk to the Walking Horse Celebration.
- 20 minute drive to the historic Jack Daniels Distillery.
- 5 minutes to the Nearest Green Distillery with daily tours Thursday through Sunday.

Very convenient to the celebration
Just the right number of bedrooms & bathrooms for our family. Beautifully decorated & so convenient to the Tennessee Walking Horse Celebration. Plenty of parking & everything you needed to cook a meal. The neighbors were friendly along with the grounds manager, Marty. We loved staying there & hope to stay there next year.
