The hotel is nice and very convenient.

Looks good, very big comfortable rooms, good breakfast on bed included, the restaurant is really good as well. Shower even at the coldest is very hot and water was escaping making a puddle outside the shower. Some rooms have a "smell", mattress was hard and in need of change., the middle was higher than the sides, pillows were big and not my first choice but that's personal preference. Could also feel the wind / cold from the window. Baseboards etc are beat up. The place needs a face-lift. Also the surroundings are sketchy, but that's Niagara nowadays.

Not the place if you are looking for anything at all fancy, but adequate enough if you’re doing a quick in and out of the city. About 110 CDN for an Uber from the hotel, and quite a far walk to nearest subway, so make use of bus system as well. Room was okay, but lights from the modem above bathroom door were very intrusive and distracting.

The ad said the deluxe suites were sound proof. Which they are not. The bed was ridiculously hard as the mattress looked to be from the 1970s (and appeared to either be discolored or stained). The toilet looked to be from the 90s, and didn't flush properly. The sink plug was rusty. There was no hot water to shower late morning on Saturday. There was hugh gross dust bunnies in the AC unit. THAN we woke up Sunday morning to the smell of someone chain smoking at 6am. Will not be staying here again if I come back into Toronto. The onsite restaurant served basic hamburgers that were under cooked. Gentlemen working the front door was lovely. Very attentive and polite. Only good thing about this propery is that the Tim Hortons up the road made an amazing cup of coffee.
