"The hotel was lovely, room clean and comfortable. Easy access to the pool and beach. The food was excellent. The only down side was that I got charged twice for my room. After initially being told that it would take 30 days to return my money, I enquired further and the money was refunded in 2 days. "

Hotel was clean, many amenities, access to spa and above all the staff, it really makes a difference to the stay and feel of the country you are visiting. A special mention to Nas Cho, Anjana, Sana, Grishma and Manisha for greeting and serving us with upmost love and friendliness. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was good and providing us quality customer service. Our baby grew fond of the whole team. All staff in general were very helpful "
