Just excellent

Short business trip. The hotel has been totally renovated recently. It is in perfect condition. Everyone working here is very decent and helpful. I used the roof restaurant for breakfast which was amazing. I also enjoyed excellent meals as in room dinning. I will be in this hotel any time I come back to Doha.

My family and I stayed for one night, with breakfast and dinner included. The jacuzzi in the men's room was being fixed, and the swimming pool water was chilly. I hope they warm up the pool. Also, I wish there were more food choices for kids and a play area for them.

It was the second time I stayed at this hotel and my judgment has not changed, friendly and courteous staff, quick check in, large and well maintained room. If I really have to find a fault then this is the wifi, rather slow on the upper floors, but this doesn't affect the final judgment that remains excellent.

We stayed in the executive suite, which was spacious and very clean. Check in was straightforward apart from being told that my children would need extra beds at an extra cost which was not advertised when making the booking on Expedia. Considering the booking was for 2 adults and 2 children I would assume the room would have enough beds to sleep 4 people. Obaid who checked us in was very accommodating and understanding despite this. Breakfast and dinner was included in our stay. I felt the service was slow and not of 5 star standard. The dinner menu was also very repetitive and not a lot of variety especially with the desserts. Staff was however very pleasant and welcoming. Overall not a bad experience, but definitely room for improvement.

Brilliant hotel. Very clean and friendly staff with a great breakfast. Only slight criticism is the staff at the front of hotel sometimes would just watch as I struggled to open the door aswell as trying to get a pram through. Sagarika on reception was very helpful. I emailed when I booked that it is my husbands 40th the week we check and we are on holiday to celebrate. The guy that checked us in refused to send a little cake to the room as we arrived at the hotel a just after his birthday which I was slightly annoyed about. All in all a wonderful hotel but staff that receive you need to be just that bit more attentive

My first time in Doha and the Millennium Hotel in Al Sadd Street was a good choice! Location is good if your appointments are in the old area. It's one of those classic hotels with beautiful dark wood interiors. Super clean, very comfy sheets and helpful staff. Housekeeping ensured I had ample water and when I requested for a toothbrush, it came quickly. My room was cleaned nicely as I stayed there 3 nights. I liked that I was able to bring the detachable tea tray to the bed while having the complimentary tea and after having bought cakes from nearby Opera confisserie. I love that the room was big and even had extra pillows kept in the cabinets. I also enjoyed the buffet breakfast specially when I noticed that the chef was accommodating Eggs Benedict for those who would request. As a conscious-eater, I always look for salads so I was a bit disappointed they didn't have much nor did they offer local roquette (jirjir) or fettoush. Maybe they felt it was too early for salad, but greens should always be abundant, in my opinion. I'm quite happy though that they had those juice mixes. Good to use the sauna and jaccuzzi.

Comfortable hotel close to a very affordable dentist, restaurant and grocery store, all of which we needed. But the jacuzzi jets were not working except for one and it wasn’t all that strong. I wasn’t the only one there so this was very inconvenient to have only one jet working.

Great property with even greater staff. Stayed here with my family, including 2 little kids, for a week and we had a great time. A big thank you to Obaidur, Christoraj, John and all the wonderful staff for taking care of us from start to finish.
