We kindly ask that you don’t smoke inside the apartment, but you’re welcome to use the designated outdoor smoking area. Please note that the balcony is not in use for safety and security reasons. The latest check-in time is 12:00 AM. Optional services include early check-in or late check-out at £10/hour, a mid-stay clean for £20, and a post-check-out deep clean for £25. Lost key replacement is £50, fob replacement is £80, and any call-outs incur a £50 fee. We maintain a peaceful, relaxed atmosphere and truly appreciate your help in keeping it that way.

For some reservations, I will require ID from the primary guest and a £100 refundable house rules fee before check-in. This fee is refunded after a post-checkout inspection. It is subject to compliance with house rules: no smoking policy, no unauthorised extra guests, no noise/loud music during quiet times (8 pm—8 am), and no parties/gatherings.
