"A lovely stay. We didn’t use the restaurant so can’t comment on the food. All the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Next time we will upgrade from a basic room as we like a slightly bigger bed."

"Location central. Short walk to the Canterbury Cathedral , easy access to walk on the Wall close by that surrounds the old town.. Lots of shops and places to eat. The walk to the hotel was longer than anticipated but was much more pleasant on the way back to train station back to London being more relaxed knowing the route. Highly recommend visiting Canterbury. Recommend staying two days to see Canterbury."

"The staff were friendly, advised of amenities available (which we didn’t use, due to time constraints). Were told about how to get in out of hours (10pm-7am). Room clean, spacious, no issues. Excellent value for money."

"Enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately we could only get luke warm water in the bathroom. First day only one coffee machine was working so quite a long queue. The other machine was fixed the next day.."
