"Exceptional Stay with Fantastic Staff! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5) I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Passage House Hotel Holiday Apartments, and it exceeded all expectations! Location: Situated in a great location, it provided the perfect base for exploring the surrounding area while offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Accommodations: The room was exceptionally clean, modern, and very comfortable, making it feel like a true home away from home after a busy day out. Service: What truly sets this place apart is the team. The staff were fantastic and genuinely friendly, always going above and beyond with a welcoming smile to ensure we had everything we needed. Overall, it was a truly wonderful experience. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming getaway! "A different take on a traditional hotel. Modern and nice interior features. 1st impressions were good. Greeted on arrival. Check in was smooth and easy. Advised on how to use the lift with key card and breakfast. Offered an option to dine in and a welcome drink. Room was generally clean. We found a long hair in the shower and the bathroom generally smelt of sewage but felt it was coming from the drains. As soon as you ran some water it subsided and with the the door shut you couldn’t smell it in the rest of the room. Welcome message on the TV was a nice touch and the atmosphere of the room was good. Bed was for us way too soft. This did affect our general sleep. Breakfast was efficient and was well done. Overall we felt it was good value and would stay at the Moxy again. The surrounding area of the hotel aren’t the best but this isn’t the hotels fault. Staff were also great."
