"We had a fantastic stay. The restaurant was amazing. We literally went every single day. My only issue was the fact that the ice machines did not work and the staff did not know which floors did work. I had tried four different floors before I found an ice machine that actually worked. We went to the Brooklyn Paramount, which was a five minute walk. It was a five minute walk to the subway the bagel place on the corner was fantastic. There was a Goodwill and a Dunkin around the block. The valet staff were awesome and that process was exceptionally easy if I go back to Brooklyn again I would 1000% stay here."

Property wasn’t maintained well, hallways and elevator smell like smoke, shower did not get hot, walls are thin. No handsoap in my bathroom. This is fine in a pinch but I was excited to leave in the morning"
