"The hotel advertised an airport shutlle bit on arrival it wasn't running. The staff seemed very unconcerned when questioned about this. A piece of equipment in the exercise room was broken. Not sure how long this had been in that condition. The hotel in general seems a little tired. "

"The chef is rude , doesn’t know the law when it comes to service dogs and needs a different job. Good chicken and waffles doesn’t make up for bad unprofessional behavior. She went out of her way to be a abrasive and needs fired ."

"I do not even know where to start i feel like saying the great wolf lodge was a 10/10 is not enough. The staff were amazing and friendly. They answered all my questions. Anytime you passed a staff member in the hall they smiled said hello and asked how you are. We did not partake in any activities in the grand lobby as we spent all available hours in the Waterpark. The Waterpark was perfect for our group. Lots of amenities for the little ones to stay excited and entertained. The tube slides brought smiles and laughter. We did rent a cabana for the day. Shout out to JD who checked on us numerous times to ask if we wanted or needed anything. The arcade had many fun games for all ages. We also saw many adults enjoying the arcade just as much as the kids. Even with the amenities great wolf offers the location is also wonderful so many amenities from food to shopping. Perfect for race weekends for race fans! Will for sure return!"
