Very friendly, professional, and most accommodating! I was able to make a change to my reservation the day we checked-in without any fuss or fee. The staff is awesome! If I find myself back in Shawano, here is where I'm staying.

They’ve updated since our last stay so was nice. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were pretty hard. They ran out of hot water in their pot by the desk & cocoa so had to microwave water to enjoy tea & they didn’t replenish their cocoa packets.

Lack of care for customers..

Day we arrived they had no water. Had to wait 2 days to be able to shower and for the rest of our stay we could not use water for drinking of any sort.. Would have been nice to get some sort of discount!! Clearly don’t care about there customers..

Nice, clean room with good amenities and a good location. However, the water on tap had a smell to it, and the wi-fi was a very weak signal and extremely slow (about 4 mbps).

Staff was very nice & friendly. We’ve stayed here several times but it’s really starting to show wear & tear. The wallpaper is coming off wall. Tile floor is dirty & missing grout. Drain in sink was slow draining.

It was our first time staying here. It was very clean. The check in gal was nice. Not so much the rest of our stay. Obviously I didn’t check closely at what was in the room before I booked it (that’s on me) There was no refrigerator in the room. We have stayed at every other hotel in Shawano. This was way pricier than the other ones, but thought we’d try it. Definitely not worth the $
