"Our experience at Swissôtel Sharm El Sheikh was truly exceptional from start to finish. The hospitality, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere made our holiday unforgettable. Special thanks to Islamm and Al Hassan, the lifeguards who were always attentive, friendly, and made us feel safe and comfortable by the pool. A big shout-out as well to Mohamed at the coffee stall (adult side) — always smiling and serving the best coffee with genuine warmth. We also want to thank Ahmed Aboelhassan from the adult side team — a true professional who went above and beyond to ensure guests were happy. The reception staff were equally fantastic — polite, efficient, and always ready to help with a smile. When my wife unfortunately became unwell with some sensitivense to her suffering from gastrointestinal, Dr. Mohammed was prompt, caring, and professional — we’re really grateful for the excellent medical attention she received. Our room cleaner, Shady, deserves a special mention too — such a sweet, hardworking, and polite man who kept our room spotless every day. Lastly, Ayad was wonderful and made our experience even smoother with his helpfulness and kindness. Overall, every staff member we met made us feel welcome and valued. The hotel itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and full of positive energy. "The staff is very friendly and it was extremely clean. Constructive feedback would include trying to identify in English the ingredients in food at the restaurants. It was very challenging to find out whether the dishes were cooked with meat or not . Thepeople at the resort, extremely helpful and friendly, they did everything possible to make you feel comfortable. The scuba diving has excellent visibility. The biggest problem was that they did not pair up DIVERS according to their experience and degree of certification I was diving with people who are very inexperienced and had a shortest 32 minute dives. they need to pair people up from other resorts that are on the boat since there are many groups congregating at the same boat instead of pairing up people from within the resort on a larger boat. Also the payment system through the dive shop and the hotel needs to be improved since I spent two days trying to pre-pay hotels and diving, and they would not accept any of my Ten credit cards due to an error with US credit cards processing."
