"The hotel was immaculate, the rooms are a little tired but very clean. The staff was very professional and were able to assist with any requests. It is an unbelievable value. it is situated at the end of the beach. The beach is teaming with fish. Saw octopus and rays just in the coral right in front of the hotel. You can walk from the hotel to scuba dive or arrange for some of the best diving in the world with oondas. "
"The hotel and all is facilities area amazing. The beach area is huge and there are so many pools to enjoy. The sea and jetty for snorkeling is very safe and lifeguards are always on duty. Amazing fishes swim around you, even in the shallows .
Highly recommend this place. Kareem, our room caretaker was brilliant and went above and beyond . Absolute gem of a guy!
Abu bakr, Mo Salah and Fadhal at the beach were also fantastic, always taking care of you with cold drinks and anything else you need....

"What I liked:
I really enjoyed the location and the renovation of the property—it felt modern and comfortable. The staff were amazing, especially Artem and Mohamed at reception, who were very understanding and helpful. Mousa from room service was also excellent and very courteous.
What I didn’t like:
The airport car service was not punctual, so I had to follow up. One receptionist was rude and gave me attitude when I asked about the car. Unfortunately, I did not remember his name; I only saw him once in the morning—he looked young and wore glasses. To avoid issues, I suggest allowing some buffer time when arranging transportation.
Also, the El Kababgy restaurant didn’t meet expectations—the meat felt greasy and had an unpleasant smell, making it not worth the price. A better option is to try the hotel buffet for lunch or dinner instead.
Overall:
Great location and staff, with some service inconsistencies and restaurant quality issues—but I would definitely stay here again."

"The staff is very friendly and it was extremely clean. Constructive feedback would include trying to identify in English the ingredients in food at the restaurants. It was very challenging to find out whether the dishes were cooked with meat or not . Thepeople at the resort, extremely helpful and friendly, they did everything possible to make you feel comfortable. The scuba diving has excellent visibility. The biggest problem was that they did not pair up DIVERS according to their experience and degree of certification I was diving with people who are very inexperienced and had a shortest 32 minute dives. they need to pair people up from other resorts that are on the boat since there are many groups congregating at the same boat instead of pairing up people from within the resort on a larger boat. Also the payment system through the dive shop and the hotel needs to be improved since I spent two days trying to pre-pay hotels and diving, and they would not accept any of my Ten credit cards due to an error with US credit cards processing."
