We highly recommend this hotel for a weekend staycation. Very convenient place, it is close to the Healthcare City Metro Station, Wafi Mall and Creek Park. The staff are amazing, breakfast is great & the room is clean, spacious & comfortable and we’ve tried the calming sauna as well. Special thanks to Kristine for giving us the room at the high floor facing the creek and park - the view is spectacular and for the late check out. Thanks to Chef Diane, Ngu Wah & the whole breakfast team for their excellent customer service. To the Nysa Reception team: Tharaka, Susmitha, Cindy & most specially to Abigail for showing us the amenities at 2nd floor. Last but not least, thanks to the housekeeping team during our stay. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. Their friendly attitude really made a positive difference throughout the stay. The room was spotless and very well maintained. Everything from the bedding to the bathroom was fresh, clean and comfortable .The hotel is very family-friendly,warm atmosphere and facilities suitable for children .
