何度もあるホリデイイン中国の掲載ホテル相違

中国のホリデイインは、各都市に複数あるのですが、今回もサイトに掲示されていたホテルと予約されたホテルが違っており、そのためフロントで予約が確認できませんでした。過去2回このような掲載ミスでのトラブルの経験があり、その時は深夜の到着で余裕がなく、ヘルプデスクに問い合わせても十分な回答が得られず追加料金を払って泊まりました。今回はヘルプデスク経由でやっと3時間後に確認がとれて、しかも間違って予約されたホテルが近かったため移動ができましたが、いずれにせよホテルごと掲載が入違っているのは困ります。理由の解明と対策をお願いします。そうでないと今後ホリデイインは検索でヒットしても、候補から外すべきと強く皆さんにアドバイスします。

冷暖氣不能自行調控，要通知服務員幫忙。當暖氣熱了點，半夜醒來，想轉冷風，便很麻煩了。若打開窗戶，一大早6點就被街外的人和車吵醒。
