This hotel was a letdown compared to the one we stayed at in Hong Kong. The beds were saggy and uncomfortable and uncomfortable. We were given an accessie room with metal rails throughout the bathroom. The shower was on the side of the tub, and the water pressure was weak. Also the tub was dirty. The hotel was well located. And the cleaning lady was nice. Not good value for money.

Bel endroit!

Accueil énorme et froid. Chambre digne d'un Pullman. Petit dej sur des kilomètres de choix possibles!! (en vrai je dirais 40-50m), Très bien situé, quartier agréable. Pas de français et un seul parlant anglais...J'ai trouvé ça limite! J'ai fait une balade à pied de l'hôtel, le long du fleuve Huangpu, jusqu'au Nanpu bridge. Des fleurs, des écoles, un musée fermé le lundi(!), une sécurité totale. J'ai fait le parcours de l'aéroport vers l'hôtel en taxi et je dois dire que c'est fantastique la nuit avec les buildings qui scintillent de LED ...formidable!

Bra hotell

Affärsresa med min kollega, vi jobbar med en fabrik i Shanghai. Vi har vart runt och bott på lite olika hotell, detta låg bra till, vi valde till så vi fick tillgång till business lounge ( kostade inte mkt) och det var det värt. Ganska nära hotellet så fanns det små ingångar och där bakom den var det en liten labyrint av shoppar och barer.

First visit to Shamghai

First time to Shanghai, hotel is located near a station which makes moving around the city a littler easier. Concierge service is good especially with a team of friendly and enthusiastic staff members. However, it was difficult to find food in or near the hotel areas, which is rather inconvenient for overseas travellers.

A most unpleasaant and sleepless stay

Room smelt of food which worsened through the night after about 11pm. Aircon couldn't get the room lower than 23C. Bathroom light flickered even when switched of. Cant believe this hotel can claim so many stars. I spend about 75 days in hotels in Shanghai a year. By far my worst experience.

The stay is just so-so, for a 5-star hotel, I would certainly expect better "breakfast". The food is not very fresh; the deep-fried dough sticks 油条 is so hard like rocks, and there is only one choice of cheese. Should really improve
