There are better hotels in Shanghai to choose from

Requested a non smoking room on high floor but got a room on the second floor with other guests smoking. We had to complain to front desk about some rude and rowdy guests knocking on the door and arguing around 4 AM in the morning...there was never a good night sleep. Also, air conditioner was not working properly..squealing sound after maintenance technician 'fixed' it after checking in.

錦江はどこも値段はリーズナブルで安普請だが小奇麗なのが売りだと思うんだけど ここはやや汚い。 １号線漕宝路駅の周りには他にも７Daysや田林賓館２号楼など安いホテルがいくつかあるけど どこも同レベル。 予約してクーポン化しててもデポジット取られるんだ…200元。
