"Wow what a fabulous place in Shanghai After 16 trips to Shanghai I have found my #1 favourite place to stay The room was really nice which was a Junior suite level 24 This place feels so high end Polished marble everywhere Polished Golden detailing everywhere Absolutely posh as! The staff treat you like Royalty The room cleaners do such a great job and make the room so nice daily. The pool area is absolutely fabulous and indoor so it can be enjoyed anytime right up until 11pm It is right across the road from peoples square so very easy to use the metro on exit 8 line 2 I would highly recommend this for people wanting to do shopping as you are right in Nanjing Rd I will be staying here in the future again 100% recommend it from a very experienced traveller to China from New Zealand 🇳🇿 Book and Enjoy"

"This hotel is within the walking distance from the airport, which is great for families with kids. The amenity is new and well maintained. Staff were warm and helpful. I’d like to especially give a shoutout to Hansel at the front desk who went above and beyond to help getting all our needs met including getting my baby a bassinet. Really appreciated it."

"Unbelievable location, great rooms, nice large and clean, very luxurious, service is absolutely top notch. Stayed here a week ago on arrival and came back for a few days before to continue to enjoy Shanghai. Transportation by subway is extremely convenient, located right at the intersection of three major lines, get anywhere in Shanghai within about 30 mins."
