Rooms were very clean and quiet. Staffs were very helpful in general, and vehicle used for transfer to Disney land was classy. Hot spring was awesome and relaxing. Restaurant food were great quality. Overall highly recommended.

The hotel was amazing! The staff was extremely friendly!! The property is beautiful and the beds were extremely comfortable. Definitely family friendly and close to a mall across the street and close to Shanghai Disneyland! Definitely recommend, ask for Frank!

The hotel is very nice. However, the experience was let down by some of the staff. On arrival, the bell boy was most helpful with unloading our bags. However, the reception lady was clueless. Even though she quickly found my prepaid booking in the system, she went through screen after screen, clicking away merrily without explaining what she was doing. There were two other staff who walked by from time to time, looked over her shoulder and then walked away. A queue of guests behind us grew impatient. It took over 20 minutes before she finally gave us our room key, but without even a word of explanation of why it took her so long. The room was nice and tasteful, and the furnishing was top quality. We visted the spa/onsen. The reception lady asked us to leave our mobile phones in individual lockers and gave us each a number tag. However, the number tag did not match the locker number! On leaving the spa, she asked us to hand back the number tag before opening the phone lockers, Not surprisingly, the wrong lockers were opened and were empty. At first, she insisted that these are the correct lockers, and showed us the number on the key tags as proof. After a fashion, we persuaded her to open the phone lockers that we had actually deposited our phones. Bingo, our phones were sitting inside these! The breakfast buffet was below par. The cooked food was barely warm. It took a while before cutleries were provided after asking. Why aren't these available at a hotel buffet???

主に上海ディズニーへの旅行で利用しました。詳細は後述しますが、全体的に非常に良いホテルでした。 まず立地ですが、上海ディズニーの東側の公園（ラベンダー公園）を挟んで隣に位置しており、パークへはホテルのシャトルバスで5分程度。ディズニーでの乗降場所もディズニー駅近くのため、パークへのアクセスは非常に快適でした。（8時にホテルを出発すれば、15～20分後にはパークに入れる感じです。）パークに入らない日もディズニー駅まで送ってもらえるので、電車で上海の中心地に行くことができました。 また、ホテルのすぐ隣にはアウトレットモールがあり、ブランドショップや飲食店がありますので、ディズニーだけではなく買い物も楽しむことができます。但し、付近にはコンビニがありませんので、軽食やドリンクなどが必要な場合はホテルの売店か自販機を利用する必要があります。 ホテルの敷地は広く、客室はいくつかある2階建ての建物にあり、敷地内の移動はスタッフが運転するカートで移動することも可能。今回宿泊したのはツインベッドの部屋でしたが、部屋はスーツケース2個を広げても余裕があるほど広く快適でした。部屋のトイレにウォシュレットが付いていたのには感動しました。 また、ホテル敷地内には極楽湯という大浴場施設があり、宿泊者は無料で利用可能です。内風呂に露天風呂、サウナがあり、設備としては日本の温泉旅館と変わらない設備なのですが、内風呂が30℃、サウナが60℃とどちらも何故か低温設定となっていたのが不思議でしたが、露天風呂は適温で、ディズニーで疲れた身体を癒すのに最高でした。中国の文化なのか分かりませんが、せめてサウナは90℃くらいにしてもらえると良いかと思いました。 今回のプランに朝食が付いていたので、利用しましたが、品数も多く、毎日一部の料理も異なる料理になるなど工夫もされていて、味もほとんどが美味しい（一部個人的に合わない料理もあり）ので大満足でした。ただ、朝食は朝7時からですので、ディズニーにアーリーパスを購入して入る場合は、少し時間的に厳しいように思います。 スタッフは皆さんとても親切で、英語が話せない方は翻訳アプリを利用して説明をしてくれました。また、ディズニーからホテルへのシャトルバスは乗る2～3時間前に予約が必要なのですが、予約はWeComと言うアプリのチャットででき、チャットも日本語で入力すればOKでした。 ホテル全体的に日本式を継承している部分もあり、日本人の私にとっては非常に快適で便利なホテルでしたので、また次回の訪問の際には利用したいと思いました。

スタッフの皆さんがとても親切で、素晴らしいおもてなしでした。客室は非常に清潔で、館内の隅々までピカピカに掃除が行き届いていました。とにかく、あらゆる面で温かく心のこもったサービスを感じることができました。ディズニーリゾート駅へのシャトルバスは、移動にとても便利で助かりました。また上海に旅行に来る際は、絶対にここに泊まりたいと思います。
