또 이용이요^^

전체적으로 맘에 들었습니다. 실내도 꽤 넓고 청결도도 좋았습니다. 조식은 매일 조금씩 메뉴가 바뀌고..뭐 한국음식이 아니기에 그러려니 하는거구^^ 베란다도 있어서 차한잔하는 여유도 가졌습니다. 이동도 편하고..다음에도 또 이곳을 이용하려구요^^

False advertising

overall it's a decent service apartment but I was left waiting 2 hours to check in even though when I booked, it clearly stated there's 24 hour check in. When I contacted Hotels.com, they called the hotel but as the staff could not speak English, he hung up on them. And Hotels.com did not have any Chinese speaker! The service other than the check in was generally prompt and friendly.

항상 홍차오에서 랜딩 이쪽을 이용하고 있습니다. 다 좋은데 금연방이 없어 냄새가 살짝 나서 바꿔달라고 하니 바로 조취해주네요.

This is not a complaint - just a comment: poor to no English from all staff including reception. Right in the Korean restaurant area, obviously caters for Chinese and Korean guests. Room was ok. Quite clean but a bit run down at the same time. Good to have a family mart downstairs. If you speak no Chinese or Korean, give it a miss. There would be plenty of better options than this one.
