Nuestra experiencia en el hotel fue simplemente maravillosa, pero lo que realmente convirtió nuestro viaje en algo perfecto fue la extraordinaria atención del personal, en especial la de un recepcionista. Tuvimos bastantes dificultades para comprar las entradas a Disney debido a un problema con nuestras tarjetas internacionales, y el no dudó en ayudarnos a resolverlo con una amabilidad y profesionalidad inigualables. Como si fuera poco, también nos ayudó a reservar el DiDi, facilitando cada detalle de nuestra movilidad y haciendo que nuestra experiencia fuera totalmente libre de estrés.
