"This is a nice property near Phabeni gate of Kruger National Park, which is just a 6 minute drive. Akani is a great host and if you need anything he will bend over backwards to help! You can park right next to your chalet, which is very helpful. - I personally hate lodges where you have to park a distance away! - There is a pub nearby that gets noisy at times, but if you run a fan it drowns out the noise. The property is very close to the main road and is very safe! "

It’s the perfect mix of relaxing and luxurious, with a spa, full-service restaurant, and amenities that make you never want to leave. But what truly set this place apart was how much they care about guest safety. It reminded me of my teen years when your parents wanted every detail before a date 😅 When our tour guides arrived, the resort logged their vehicle info and took a copy of their ID. They know exactly who you’re with and where you’re going. That level of responsibility gave us such peace of mind. We stayed in the family lodge and it was perfect. Fully furnished, gated yard, private pool, and BBQ area — ideal for families who want space and privacy. A special shoutout to Sphiwe. Please ask for her! Her hospitality was outstanding. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and made our stay unforgettable. We’ll be back Chandra"

"The Room was great and clean. The main fault was the inability to be able to walk out of the lodge and have the freedom to go out to the shops and town. This was because you needed to pay for transport everytime you wanted to leave as you can't walk up to the from gate (risk of being run over by a hippo). This would prevent us from going back in the future. "
