"The property was really clean and had good amount of towel plates cutleey etc. the major issue we had was that the roof was leaking everywhere in most rooms. One of the beds was wet and we slept with water dripping next to us the enter night. When I raised it with the reception, there was no apology for the inconvenience but only stating that it was the thatched roof. If they know about the leaks, they should maintain the roof."

"Very nice and clean house in Kruger Parke Lodge with enough space for 5, even 6 persons. 3 bathrooms. Washing mashine and dryer worked well, at least during non-load-sheeding times. "We were blown away. The photos online don’t do this resort justice — in person, the property is even more beautiful. It’s the perfect mix of relaxing and luxurious, with a spa, full-service restaurant, and amenities that make you never want to leave. But what truly set this place apart was how much they care about guest safety. It reminded me of my teen years when your parents wanted every detail before a date 😅 When our tour guides arrived, the resort logged their vehicle info and took a copy of their ID. They know exactly who you’re with and where you’re going. That level of responsibility gave us such peace of mind. We stayed in the family lodge and it was perfect. Fully furnished, gated yard, private pool, and BBQ area — ideal for families who want space and privacy. A special shoutout to Sphiwe. Please ask for her! Her hospitality was outstanding. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and made our stay unforgettable. We’ll be back Chandra"
