"Stayed with family on 18-19 June, 2024 . Not so good experience. Room did not have electric kettle/ cups/ coffee sachets. Kettle was provided when asked for it with plastic glasses ( in place of cups) and no coffee sachets. Engaged with Receptionist on duty and final position was : hotel does not provide coffee sachets and I will have to order coffee from restaurant. Bathroom shower is not easy to use. Breakfast had very limited spread and very little options for...

"The El Resort is a great facility in a beautiful setting. My room was large and comfortable, breakfast was excellent, I took advantage of the gym and large indoor heated pool, the staff was great and helped me with sightseeing, and the grounds are well maintained and picture perfect.
