"Stayed with family on 18-19 June, 2024 . Not so good experience. Room did not have electric kettle/ cups/ coffee sachets. Kettle was provided when asked for it with plastic glasses ( in place of cups) and no coffee sachets. Engaged with Receptionist on duty and final position was : hotel does not provide coffee sachets and I will have to order coffee from restaurant. Bathroom shower is not easy to use. "The room had a very nice view of the city and surrounding mountains. It was spacious and had every thing I needed. There is a nice terrace also with a good view . Most people were having tea, but they serve nice food as well. I enjoyed the chicken lüla kebabs amd they were tasty."

"The El Resort is a great facility in a beautiful setting. My room was large and comfortable, breakfast was excellent, I took advantage of the gym and large indoor heated pool, the staff was great and helped me with sightseeing, and the grounds are well maintained and picture perfect. All in all a wonderful stay!"
