"The staff was friendly and approachable. They were also very accommodating. I requested a room change upon check-in and a late check-out, and they made it happen. They do have a hiking trail and a pond behind the property, which was nice. While I was there, they were celebrating their housekeeping team, which I thought was nice to see them appreciate their staff."

"One of the most important aspects of a good hotel is the smell of it when I first walk in the door. This lodge smelled clean and was clean. The second important thing is the customer service. This place was just okay. Polite but not very friendly. The third important aspect is the plumbing and that was just okay too. Workable enough so we didn’t have to ask for another room but the little soaps were tiny and the toilet was in okay condition. A little hard to flush sometimes. They act like it’s someplace special but it really isn’t. It was a good stay but nothing special. Location was convenient to everything - restaurants and stores."

"Really great breakfast. Didn’t stay long enough to use the pool. Gym was a little light on equipment but again didn’t stay long enough to use. I recommend you don’t stay across from the ice machine. I don’t know who kept getting ice all night long but we heard it all. I would request a room further away in the future."

"This was the most amazing find. I was on a cross country trek from California. It was my last night before arriving at my destination of New Hampshire. I pulled in saw the adorable Italian restaurant, live music, really sweet staff, and an incredibly cozy room. I ordered a wood by fired pizza! So good. And slept the best of the whole trip."

"My wife and I booked this room last minute and we were pleasantly surprised with our stay here. The room was pretty large and had a mini refrigerator and microwave which was definitely a plus. We also enjoyed the smart TV features."
