Halibut House Unit 4
- Your family and friends will enjoy being close to the boat harbor. Whether your sightseeing, sailing, or fishing there`s no need to drive and park you`re just a block away from the boats. Stroll along the waterfront out the front door or hike Mt Marathon out the backdoor if you`ve come for the outdoors, it`s right here. The harbor area also has plenty of shopping and dining opportunities. there are 4 units available. Apt 1 is a three bedroom and sleeps up six with kitchen, dining, and large living room. Apt 2 is a single bedroom and sleeps up to 4 with kitchen, washer/dryer, living area. Apt 3 is a studio which up to 3 and has a kitchen. Apt 4 is a studio that sleeps up to 2. All have private entrances.
Absolutely NO cooking or cleaning of fish in the house. There are several cleaning stations in the harbor and outdoor grills are provided for cooking. This is our only rule, and a $250 cleaning fee will be applied and cancellation of reservation.
