"We found the property exactly as described - comfortable bed, great little kitchenette, quiet ambience, convenient parking space and very clean. It was very convenient to Seward while letting us escape the tourist crowd. The wifi was wonderful. There were very clear posted notices about operating the heater and expectations for use of the kitchen. I think Bear Necessities is a great option for this area."
