"We had a fantastic experience staying at this apartment! The owner’s communication was excellent – they were incredibly helpful when we had trouble finding the place and provided tons of useful local tips that made our trip even better. The apartment is about a 12-minute bus or car ride from downtown, located in family-friendly neighborhood. It was well-equipped with all the amenities we needed, making it a comfortable home base for our stay. Would definitely recommend this place. "

"We cannot fault the apartment - it had all we needed. However, the manager, Esperanza was absolutely rude, disrespectful and really doesn't care about her clients. We had a problem with getting into the apartment late at night & while we were told we could contact her at any time (and to be fair, a manager should be available) she would have let us sit all night outside our apartment before even trying to help. Die Beschreibung der Wohnung war weder auf FEWo-direkt noch bei der Agentur Sevillamoving (Firmensitz in Irland zwecks Steuerersparnis) mehr einsehbar, so daß wir komplett ohne Infos über die Ausstattung gelassen wurden. Fewo teilte telefonisch mit, daß sie mit Sevillamoving nicht mehr zusammenarbeiten. Da hätten wir uns gefreut wenn wir im Vorfeld darüber informiert worden wären, da...

"Logement très bien situé. Ismael le responsable de l'appartement est très sympathique. Il nous attendait à l'appartement pour nous remettre les clés et a pris soin de mettre la climatisation avant notre arrivée car il faisait chaud. Bon equipment, propre et calme. "
