Que dire de notre expérience. Tout simplement catastrophique, stressante et au final, très déçevante. L'étoile va à MANUEL, qui a été généreux de son temps et de sa patience à travers cette très mauvaise aventure avec Magno. Maman solo avec sa fille de 3 ans! Nous avions réservé la chambre supérieure via Expédia. Lors de notre arrivée à 15h après un vol matinal et complètement épuisées, nous avons tenté de rentrer, en vain, dans notre chambre. Il n'y avait personne à la réception. La compagnie a fini par envoyer Manuel qui nous confirme que lui non plus n'arrive pas à ouvrir la porte. Après près de 1h plus tard, ils font venir l'homme de maintenance.Après plus de 20 minutes d'attente encore, je fini par laisser nos bagages là et avise Manuel que nous sortons manger quelque chose, car on a très faim. Après 1h sans nouvelles, je me tanne et demande de nous trouver un autre appartement. On m’envoie une proposition pour un appartement studio que je refuse avec un enfant. Puis, on nous offre un appartement avec chambre fermée à Lola Triana, non loin de Castilla, que je fini par accepter, faute d'options. J'ai tenté d'obtenir un dédomagement auprès d'Expédia. Expédia m'a offert une petite compensation pour le trouble, mais Magno Apartements n'a jamais reconnu d'erreur et a refusé de compenser pour quoi que ce soit. Expérience traumatisante, sans aucune compréhension de ma situation et aucune humanité derrière les échanges. Je ne recommande ABSOLUMENT pas!

Das Zimmer war sehr nett und wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen Kurztrip braucht. Die Rezeption war nicht besetzt aber über Whats App hatten wir immer Kontakt mit dem Personal und die waren immer sehr bemüht und zuvorkommend. Schnelle Antworten und sogar als wir in der Nacht ein Problem mit der Eingangstür hatten wurde dieses sofort und sehr freundlich gelöst.
