It is a great hotel even though the breakfast was not included it. The hotel it is safe, clean and friendly staff.

Not somewhere to stay if you want food and drinks.
Well this is tricky. We do not want to say to many bad things about the hotel, the staff were excellent. The problem was the bar / restaurant didn’t open all the time. We were there for Spain vs Scotland and thought as we were staying in the hotel we would get priority we got back into the bar after the game and they closed it for everyone, including the residents.

A hotel overlooking a stadium - wow! :)
I like unique properties. And this is a unique property as some rooms and breakfast room overlook a stadium. Apart from this the room was spacious and clean, staff - polite, restaurant on site - good idea for an industrial region. The only downside is that I asked staff on reception to show us how a room with a view to stadium looks like (as we were staying in a regular room) and they refused.

There are much better choices in Seville
The location is not so desirable nor is the lobby welcoming and inviting. It has no atmosphere-music would be nice, the bar to be open would be good. Good thing, the room was comfortable and spacious. Sadly, the plumbing needs some work. When the bath is filled, no problem until you go to drain it and the smell of sewer backs up through it as well as the bidet. I did mention this at check-out so they can repair it. Also, the walls are very thin. You can here every noise including the light switches begin touched on and off. Fine for one night but would not stay longer nor likely another time when in the area.

Well appointed hotel. there was a bus available nearby to go to the city centre, that took about 40 min. Cab was only about 9 Euros and took about 15 min. Area was quiet and the beds comfortable. Could hear the voices from people talking in the hallway as they were returning to their room for the night - loud enough to wake us from sleep. That was the only downside. There's a small bar fridge in the room. No coffee make or kettle, but a coffee machine available near the front desk.

Would surely stay again.
Everything was very good except they were having trouble with the WIFI which for me was unfortunate. One of the cool things was that the dining room was directly looking over a stadium, actually attached I would say. Unfortunately there was no sporting event going on but it still looked pretty cool. I guess they also use it for concerts. I'm not sure what they do if there is an event and you want to have dinner because I guess you would be able to enjoy it without actually paying for the event I guess. Otherwise the people seemed quite friendly and willing to help when they could. And the room was very clean.... oh and very important to me they had free parking and easy access to the bus system.

Excellent hotel with free parkinh
We stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights whilst in Seville.We chose the hotel because of its offer of free easy parking and knowing that Seville can be quite expensive for hotel and parking combinations. We were not disappointed with our choice as we found staff to be friendly and efficient.Rooms to be spacious and clean.Our double room had a view over the stadium which was nice. The hotel has a restaurant that opens for breakfast and dinner.We did not eat at the hotel so cannot comment on the food but prices were very reasonable with breakfast for 7.50 euros and supper 12 euros. Wifi was very reliable and quick. The location of the hotel is quite isolated with no restaurants or shops in the immediate vicinity. However there is a regular bus service which runs into the city every 8 mins and takes about 30 mins to get into the city.If you like walking its quite a nice walk and will take about 40 mins to again get to the city. The bus stop is a 5 min walk from the hotel. We were surprised that the hotel did not have a swimming pool as the hotel is quite large and spacious. We found that the hotel for us suited all our needs the bonus being the parking. If you are planning on visiting the Theme park Isla Magica this is an ideally positioned hotel. Very good value for money.

The hotel’s dining room overlooked the Olympic Stadium. The staff were fantastic, the hotel was a bit difficult to find at night so one of the staff came to lead us to the hotel. The is the quality of the hotels service.

The room seems to have a lot of residual smoke smell in the room and can hear the people next to my room shower and talk past 1am in the morning. Making very hard to sleep.

A/C in whole hotel was out and apparently they have no plans to fix it. Location is not close to anything- you are in the deserted part and everything has been abandoned. Rooms have paper thin walls and you can hear everyone talking, phones ringing etc. Bar is advertised as being fully operable and nice lounge area- not the case as it’s complexity empty and not a glass to be seen

Located in part of a stadium the hotel was well laid out. Generous proportions. Parking on grounds was free and secure and very central. Great value and good detail as well as friendly helpful staff.

Nice staff, location is fine. It has a good parking lot, and internet is very fast. How ever is difficult to reach it, roads for the entrance are confusing. The pictures advertised a nice room facing the stadium; first they have only 8 rooms facing the court, second the picture is way to different than really; carpets are old and dirty as well as the shower curtain and walls. They attached two single beds to make one big bed, so basically my husband and me had to sleep separately. The lobby isn’t cozy. It seems the lady makes her best to make it look clean, but the hotel is in very bad shape.

Location is terrible, nothing around, no taxis, no buses, no train, no people, no retails. The carpets with stains and dirty all over, it looks abandoned. WE WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN.
