This hotel is great. Within a couple of minutes you are in the center and if you cross the bridge you are in Triana in less than 5 minutes. The staff is very kind, I spoke to two guys (both with glasses) and they were helpful and attentive all the time. The room was beautiful, big, comfy bed. It’s the little details that count with this hotel. Upon arrival they give you a welcome postcard, nuts and it honestly feels like they are happy to see you. I would go back if I’m ever in Seville again and hopefully try the pool! (I didn’t get to try it this time). The only downside was that the TV didn’t work and the wifi was quite slow to connect. However I only asked the desk once because I felt I was out most of the time.

Lovely location, rooms were very modern and clean. However, we were told there was construction going on the first and second floor that would start at 9 but would be very quiet. The construction actually began at 7:30, which woke me up, and then got very loud at 9. I wish the staff were more forthcoming and I was frustrated by the noise as I was exhausted after a day of travelling.

This hotel was lovely. Staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. There was always fresh water and light snack available and the city of Seville is a gem! We wish we could have stayed longer! The only feedback I would give is that we were provided with a restaurant recommendation in our first night that was terrible. We travelled for 2 weeks in Europe and this was our only bad meal. (Poor service and food). I would suggest that the hotel carefully screen their recommendations.

Details about parking should be made clearer as the hotel is on a busy street and parking was not easy to navigate until we got into the hotel and they told us where the lot was nearby. This is the only constructive feedback. Everything else was top tier. Would highly recommend d. Rooms were very modern and comfortable. Staff very courteous and inviting.

Fabulous hotel - very convenient for Seville old town, shopping and all the tourist sites. We particularly loved the breakfast (so much choice and really lovely food) and the roof top pool and bar which was really refreshing after walking round Seville in the heat! Staff were lovely and helpful.

The service at this hotel was just amazing. It felt like they had really thought about the needs of its customers and provided everything you could ask for. If I visit Seville again I will definitely be booking here.

Staff is extremely helpful. Breakfast is good. Conveniently located. Most of the monuments are within 20 mins walking distance. Lots of restaurants around. Aircon works well but the fan doesn't circulate the cold air equally in the room. Overall experience was very good. Would recommend the hotel.
