We really enjoyed our stay. The house was a great size for 3 teenagers and 9 adults. The fireplaces were a welcome addition, and we enjoyed the hot tub too.
We had an amazing stay would recommend it to anyone. We were there for our wedding with both of our families. Very spacious very clean and very accommodating my mother in law was very impressed with the kitchen with anything and everything you would need. all enjoyed the game room and jacuzzi. Best vacation and easy access to gatlinburg and pigeon forge.
We has a great time making memories in this cabin. Great views! The drive up to the house was scary for a Florida Family that is not use to mountain drives but we took our time and learned the road. Home had essentials and kitchen well stocked. Communication with Melinda was excellent! Check in was easy and space was perfect for 10 of us!
We had a great stay. Location is close to Pigeon Forge, easy to get to and a very short drive. Far enough that you have the quiet of the mountains. A little disappointed that we didn’t have a better view of the mountains from the house but the house had everything we needed. Plenty of space, great game room and the owners do a fantastic job of stocking the necessities and making you feel welcomed. Would definitely stay here again.
The house was great. Everything was well stocked with any and all necessities you would need. Great communication with owners not a company. Great experience all around! Thank you for your hospitality!
Our group of 11 plus a dog had an amazing stay at this cabin. There was so much room for us all to spread out, no one felt on top of each other. There were so many different activities to keep everyone entertained. Everyone especially enjoyed the hot tub. We were thankful for the high chair for our seven month old. The location is great too, about a ten minute drive from everything in pigeon forge!
My family and I enjoyed this property very much! There was ample room for all of us (11 total) to have our own space. The kids enjoyed the game room and having a tv to themselves! I appreciated the built in baby gate as well as the high chair that was provided. The host, Melinda, was super helpful and quick with her responses to the questions that I had. We will plan to return to this home in the future!
We brought our entire family together in the Smoky Mountains to create family
memories. We came from North Carolina, Wisconsin, and Minnesota with 5 kids (3 under 3) and 6 adults. The house was large and spacious with comfortable sleeping arrangements. We all had space for privacy and peace (despite naps, temper tantrums, and all that traveling with children entails!). The views from the house and the road up to the house were beautiful. We enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit, game room, and well-equipped kitchen. The best surprise was the large yard nestled into the mountaintops. We would definitely return again and recommend this location without hesitation.
The house was great! We had 10 people staying, and there was plenty of space. The game room was a hit with the kids, as was the large yard. We enjoyed the jacuzzi after a long day exploring the area, and making s'mores and roasting marshmallows in the fire pit.
The house is very conveniently located to area attractions and restaurants. The host quickly responded to my needs.
There were a few minor glitches, but they were remedied.
My main suggestion would be to put the house number on the fence post that is visible from the street as you approach the property. There were no numbers on the house, either. Of course, when we entered the code and the door opened we knew we were at the right place, but until that time, we weren't sure, and that's a bit of an eerie feeling.
Overall, the experience was very positive, and we would definitely stay here again.

Quiet location
The house is located on a steep and windy road. It was a bit scary, but once we got used to it, it was okay. Definitely not the type of road to drive if you have had a drink or two. Private location, nice yard a fire pit. The house itself was clean but could use a little updating. A little on the rustic side. Was a little older than the pictures reveal. Beds were very comfortable. One upstairs room gets pretty stuffy. Can’t open windows because of the bears. There wasn’t an exhaust fan over the stove and oven, which made it a bit warm in the house but maybe that is the norm for the area??? Sun room was too hot to sit in the evening. Morning it was a little cooler. The trees are overground there wasn’t much of a view. We did hear the steam train whistling every evening which was very cool!
Overall it was clean and comfortable.
This home was perfect for our family of 10 stay. Stocked well in the kitchen and bathrooms with everyday necessities! Convenient to all attractions. Grandkids ages 10 & 13 enjoyed the hot tub and we all enjoyed the game room!! Would stay here again for sure
We loved staying here and would definitely recommend it in the future. There was more than enough room for our party of 12 and enough parking for 5 vehicles. Beautiful views and great accommodations. Communication with the owner was amazing and made everything very easy.
very pleased with the house and surroundings, all family members had plenty of room and thoroughly enjoyed our stay would recommend this home for any family get together.
We enjoyed the feeling of having the mountain to ourselves with only the occasional car going past to their unseen homes. The house was spacious and very accommodating for each family member.
Beautiful house, very spacious with lots of options for sleeping arrangements. Enjoyed watching the sun rise and sun set from the hot tub. Very clean, wonderful game room.
We loved our stay at this beautiful, spacious cabin. The grandkids enjoyed playing outside and playing games in the big game room and had fun in the hot tub.
The cabin was super comfortable and very clean and when we were not out doing fun stuff we enjoyed just hanging out. Lots of room for our crew of ten.
We hope to come back again to this cabin.
Pros-Super close to DollywoodWatching fireworks from the hot tubPlenty of spaceSuper clean bathrooms and kitchenPlenty of space to spread outTVs in every roomLots of beach towelsPlenty of spices / kitchen itemsFun game roomVery responsive to calls and texts Left microwave popcorn and S’mores stuff Cons-Rug in sunroom was really stainedHot tub wasn’t as relaxing as could be - no stairs for kids / short folks, stained cover (may happen quickly as outdoors), bar to lift cover easily blocks the Mountain ViewPeeling paint on porch steps and broken solar lights doesn’t leave best first impression Not as responsive to emails or app messages
My family of 4 snuck away for 4 days during our Spring Break to this beautiful home. It was absolutely perfect. Plenty of flat yard room to play ball, etc. (and not be concerned about your kids falling off the mountain.) Huge 5 bedroom home, hot tub, nice big living area and kitchen. I especially loved the hot tub and fire pit area. The sunsets around the fire were unmatched. Can’t wait to go back to this place!
This property was top notch!! I don’t think we had one complaint, other than a little trouble with the grill. Other than that, everything was PERFECT!! From little things like providing spices and toiletries, to just all around having a beautiful place to enjoy our stay while in the mountains. The host was so nice and helpful. You won’t be disappointed!
The property was just what we needed. It had spacious bedrooms, big dining room table so we could eat together, nice kitchen, comfy furniture in the tv room, plus the game room was fantastic for the kids. We also enjoyed spending time in the hot tub and sitting around the fire laughing at the end of the day. It was a great distance from Pigeon Forge (and everything it has to offer), but allowed us to be away from the noise and people. It was also a short distance to ATV riding, zip lining, mountain coasters, and hiking. Amazing time and would recommend it anyone coming to the area.

Family Memories Stay
The house was beautiful, and not far from anything that we did. I had emailed the PM for an earlier check in time but she didn’t see it, so We arrived before the check in time, the cleaners hadn’t been there yet, so we left and just explored for a few hours. When we returned and it was ready, it still wasn’t very clean. We had to change the AC filter, the toilet quit working, and there was a lot of dust on things. We just cleaned what we needed to and still enjoyed the stay!

Large home with nice cabin feel and some well appointed decorations. Not a lot of views in the fall and construction and busy road took away from the peacefulness. There were quite a few things we were missing from lack of forks and cleanliness of some areas like the stove. Hopefully the owners will fix the issues I detailed in my personal note to them. We never could use the hot tub which was one of the main reasons for our booking….

Overall, this was a nice stay, but I cannot give it a 5 star rating. Some things were grimy: lots of sand and dirt sediment in the hot tub, grill was extremely dirty with caked on food, as if it's never been cleaned before. We had a fridge problem where there was no ice able to be made, and the temps were too low to keep our food safe. We had to buy ice and store in coolers. I will say that Melinda was extremely quick to problem solve this issue for us, so thank you, Melinda. And we appreciate the partial refund, but it put a damper on our trip. Especially with a baby in the house, his milk needed to be kept cold and it was a huge inconvenience to take time from our vacation to do that. Other details that were amiss:No chalk for the pool cues, which rendered them basically useless. ONLY TWO rolls of paper towels in the house which we did not realize until the second one finished and this is unacceptable since we had a lot of people staying. Not too many "normal size" drink glasses. There were mostly coffee mugs and tiny plastic juice cups. The bathroom fans made EXTREMELY loud noise and unsure if they actually work. Dripping water in the upstairs bathroom shower. It was a great property, but we were expecting more from our stay. Will most likely not be booking through this company again.
