➣Power outages can happen when there's a snow storm. This can be a big deal because all the water in the cabin relies on an electric well pump
➣Regardless of these precautions, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND PURCHASING TRIP INSURANCE through a third party

There is ample parking space for up to 4 vehicles.
The driveway is fully paved but the side street has a short length of gravel

To make your stay even more comfortable, we offer a starter pack of consumable items, including:

[THE NON-FUN PART STARTS HERE]
➣We strive for perfection but that's not always attainable. No cabin or host is perfect. We will bend over backwards to make things right
➣If you see something then say something.
➤If there is an amenity or feature that's not working as intended, then we would like to know about it.
➤If you let us know then we will attempt to fix it, even during your stay, as long as we get your permission
➤If you deem the issue not urgent then we can always wait until after checkout to get it addressed. We would like to know about it during your stay so we can make arrangements in advance to get it fixed prior to the next guests' arrival
➣We expect each guest to treat the property with the utmost respect. This allows us to continue providing awesome accommodations to future vacationers at a reasonable price
➣If you're looking for a place to have an immature drunken party then this is not the cabin for you
➣PARENTS: We expect you to control your children. If you can't or won't then we kindly ask that you book another cabin
➣You must be 25 years old to book this cabin. NO EXCEPTIONS
➣You MUST provide your ID for verification
➣SCAMMERS will not be tolerated and we will report you to the authorities for full prosecution
[GUEST ACCESS]
➣Guests will have access to all the amenities inside and outside the property
➣There is ample parking for 4 vehicles. The driveway is fully paved
[OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE]
Since this cabin is in Shagbark Resort you are required to provide the following information after booking (no exceptions):
➣Number of vehicles
For each vehicle:
➣First & Last name of at least one person in each vehicle (doesn't have to be the driver)
➣Cell phone number
➣Email address
➣Vehicle make & model
➣Vehicle license plate & registration state
➣We will then take this information and manually input it in the Shagbark security system
➣The security guard will need to verify this information when you arrive
➣If we do not receive this information then the security guard at the entrance WILL NOT let you in.
At that point you will be forced to call us which is challenging since there's nearly zero cell signal at the guard shack.
➣If you can't reach us then you'll be forced to wait
➣We do not refund due to weather, driving conditions, power outages or other acts of nature that we don't & can't control. We advise you to get trip insurance
➣With the cabin being in the mountains you might lose cell service. We recommend printing directions and check-in instructions ahead of time.
➣Since this cabin is in the woods, you will see bugs, bees, scorpions, millipedes, lady bugs and all sorts of critters. We do have the cabin on a strict pest control schedule but it's impossible to eliminate all insects.
➣You might encounter bears. These are wild and dangerous animals so please do not approach them or feed them. Do not leave your car doors open, even when going inside the cabin for just a few minutes.
➣Always lock your car – bears have been known to open car doors. Some have even died inside vehicles.
➣Always dispose all trash in the bear-proof receptacle outside the cabin. Leaving trash out on the porch is asking for trouble.
